Striptease artist and burlesque dancer Lili St. Cyr spent the 1950s and 1960s jiggling on stage and appearing in blue movies like Bedroom Fantasy (1953) and Buxom Beautease (1956). But she also flirted with mainstream success when Howard Hughes got her a part in the swashbuckler Son of Sinbad (1955) with Vincent Price. In 1957 Lili was featured as a guest on The Mike Wallace Interview, and in 1958 she appeared in The Naked and the Dead, based on the novel by Norman Mailer. After she retired, Lili started a successful lingerie business called The Undie World of Lili St. Cyr. That’s nice, but not as nice as what’s under those undies, Lili.
