If we told you to pick up a German horror flick called Mute Witness (1994) the next time you’re at the video store, you’d undoubtedly think, “It must have some nudity in it. That’s what Mr. Skin does!” And you’d be right. But it’s also a seriously excellent little thriller, and not just because the luxuriantly luscious Larisa Khusnolina gets all nekkid and tied up in a pseudo-porn/potentially snuff movie. Nah. It’s a solid movie, too. And be sure to enjoy the looks at Larisa while you can, because she probably got pretty sick of “film”making after this flick. After seeing the punishment her fine figure was put through, it would be hard to disagree.
