Curvaceous California girl Kristi Somers didn’t know she’d be immortalized on film as a cavorting beach nymph. Before she took on the sexy stint, the blonde ingénue made her movie debut in Francis Ford Coppola’s teen angst tearjerker Rumble Fish (1983) alongside future Oscar winners Nicolas Cage and Sofia Coppola. But after her auspicious start, Kristi was continually cast in low-budget B-movies, including 1983’s erotic mystery Carnival of Love (also known as Inside the Love House) and the crime drama Savage Streets (1984). By 1985, the busty babe made the college comedy Delta Pi and the racy romp Tomboy featuring her topless talents as well as the nude boobs on Michelle Bauer and Betsy Russell.
