William L. Petersen and Gary Cole star in Kiss the Sky (1999) as two unhappy fortysomethings who decide to change their boring lives. But do these close friends take up, say, snowboarding? No, instead they both decide to board Sheryl Lee. And they’re not taking turns, either. These guys are so close that they share her in the same bed at the same time. The name of Sheryl’s character is “Andy,” incidentally, and the two men are also busy building a hotel that they can run together. Once you get past that veneer of gayness, though, the film’s a fun ride that throws in the decidedly heterosexual thrill of Patricia Charbonneau in lingerie.
