This reimagining of Mount Olympus in modern times stars everybody’s favorite quirky zaddy Jeff Goldblum as the sky zaddy of them all, Zeus. The rest of the Greek gods who rule over humanity include Zeus’s wife - and sister - Hera (Janet McTeer), and Zeus’s son Dionysus (Nabhaan Rizwan), the god of pleasure, madness, and wine, and are all introduced by Prometheus (Stephen Dillane) who serves as narrator. We learn that Zeus has become increasingly paranoid about a prophecy alluding to his downfall, supposedly involving a trio of mortals. Two of them, it seems, are Eurydice (Aurora Perrineau) or “Riddy” and her lover Orpheus (Killian Scott), who are caught between Earth and the Underworld after a tragic accident. We see a scantily clad Aurora getting freaky in the sheets with Killian and then with Misia Butler as Caeneus, plus nudecomer Bianca Bardoe has a moan-worthy ride atop Goldblum, thankfully in human form and not transformed into a swan or a bull or something. Looks like the Zeus is loose!
