At just 21 years old, José was working the streets of Madrid as a sex worker named Mayte (also sometimes known as Nacha La Poderosa), and their story, among others, was documented in the 1983 film Dressed in Blue. Mayte bares all - literally - in the doc, giving the audience a long look at their svelte body in just some sexy panties that don’t quite cover the whole pubic area. The experience seemed to get Matye interested in being in more films, and in 1996, they got their first acting role in the historical drama Freedomfighters. Though it would remain their only acting role, they did appear as themself in the television miniseries Vestidas de Azul in 2024. We’re glad to know Matyre is still kicking it - and may be compelled to go nude again!
