Joe Somebody (2001)

In Joe Somebody (2001), Tim Allen plays a regular joe schmo who takes his daughter to work on take your daughter to work day, where he gets beaten up by David Puddy in front of his kid. Seriously, this was a real movie. Determined to not look like a coward in front of his daughter, he challenges Puddy to a rematch and begins to take fighting lessons. We swear this is a real movie. Sadly the film has no nudity, but there is an awesome shot of Julie Bowen in a sheer camisole and some nice pink panties!
