Matt Farnsworth wrote, directed, and starred in Iowa (2005), the story of a couple whose experimentation with methamphetamine soon leads them to build their own home lab to manufacture the drug. Amidst all the quick-cut drug montages, sliced fingers, and meth binges, there is plenty of nudity, including a topless lesbian makeout featuring goth stripper Amanda Tepe.
