She’s from Iceland! Heida Reed was born in the capital city of Reykjavik in the land of fire and ice, and has acted in projects in both her own country, and in the UK. Fans of public television in the US will know her from her long-standing role of Elizabeth Warleggan in the UK series Poldark from 2015-2019, but if you’re not into the period dramas, or telethons to raise money, you can also see her in the Anne Hathaway-led Hollywood film One Day (2011).
