Born in Albacete, Spain, Francisco Pérez Cobos eventually made their way to Madrid and, as if in a Lou Reed song, transformed into a performer, impersonator, and sex worker named Eva. At 23, they were one of the subjects of a documentary by filmmaker Antonio Giménez Rico called Dressed in Blue in 1983. Arguably one of the most enigmatic of the bunch, Eva commands the spotlight with their lip syncs and stripteases, but mostly just as theirself, getting ready and showing off that amazing body in the process. They decided to pursue a screen career and appeared in three other films: Comezón a la Mexicana (1989), El último escape (1990), and El taxista querendón (1997), but sadly, we haven’t seen nor heard anything from them since.
