Review
An apolitical anti-hero grapples with sex and existentialism in Mariano Ozores hijo’s brisk comedy El Apolítico (1977). Enigmatic and aimless, the protagonist played by José Luis López Vázquez can hardly make time to tend to his basic needs. In fact, when cheeky, Barcelona-born beauty Emma Cohen lifts her top for the baffled old baldy, he can hardly be bothered to look up--quite a marvel when you consider the honey standing two feet in front of him.
