Dorthea Christie only managed to make her way into the warm glow of the Skinema once, although that one appearance was in the Harry Novak Drive-In softcore flick The Secret Lives of Romeo and Juliet in 1968. Things could be, in other words, quite a bit worse. Dorthea took on the role of one of the maids in the flick and like the rest of her female counterparts in the picture, she showed off just about everything every time she hit the screen. There’s even a brief, albeit gaping gyno shot or two thrown in for good measure. Even back in 1968, ol’ Harry knew what the public wanted in a softcore make-out picture and whoa Nelly, did he ever deliver! It’s just too bad that the better part of the cast never went on to appear in anything else of note, lead-babe Deirdre Nelson included. No matter; The Secret Sex Lives of Romeo and Juliet is forever, man!
