An aspiring novelist meets the love of his life on an abandoned bridge but isn’t sure how to explain his precarious situation in the cross-dressing Italian comedy Corazón de bombón (2001). Javier Martín stars as Luis, a writer who confusedly leaves the scene of a domestic squabble dressed head-to-toe in women’s clothing. When he pulls the suicidal Virginia (Valeria Marini) off a bridge hours later, he finds himself smitten with the beautiful blonde. Unfortunately Luis has a much more difficult time trying to explain that there’s a man buried under his blouse, bra, and wig. He’s ultimately successful, however, as evidenced by Marini’s copious flashes of the good stuff.
