The role launched her career on the small screen, allowing her to become a staple on TV all throughout the 80s and 90s in plenty of notable series like The Outsider, Ladies in Charge, and Life Without George, just to name a few. The comely Carol didn't stop at just television though, as she also had roles opposite some big names in movies like The Greek Tycoon (1978), Tuxedo Warrior (1982), and notably opposite Sir Ian McKellen in Miss in Her Teens (2014).
