You'd think that people would have had enough of Brooklyn Love Stories (2019), but we look around us and we see it isn't so! While you might be thinking that a Brooklyn Love Story is about a woman falling for a construction worker who catcalled her or a young man falling in love with some gabagool, but it's really just your standard love stories set in everyone's favorite Borough. Much like the "I Love You" series, the film consists of six short films by six different up-and-coming filmmakers, all set on the mean streets of Brooklyn. Our personal favorites out of the six tales include a lesbian love story between comely Canadian cutie Britne Oldford and brunette beauty Britt Baron, the proverbial tale of opposites attracting. Britne's character Harlow is your prototypical butch with a buzz cut, piercings galore, and a lust for life. Britt's character Sadie is the more femme of the two, embracing her own femininity but also looking for someone different from herself. The two share a sapphic smooch in the bathroom of a nightclub, bathed in red light that only enhances the sexiness of the moment! Another tale finds the lovely Justine Lupe playing Maria, a woman who thinks she's found the perfect guy and goes back to his place to hook up. Sadly she doesn't take off her tank top while they have sex, but we do get to see some pretty great cleavage! Call us crazy, but we were frankly expecting something a little crazier and less inhibited from our Brooklyn Love Stories
