Like many moderately successful actresses who got their start in the '90s, Brooke Langton made her first big acting splash bouncing down the beach on a 1992 episode of Baywatch, proving the swimsuit competition is still just as important as talent and personality in Hollywood. Her one-episode appearance predictably led to bit parts on other early-'90s TV powerhouses such as Beverly Hills, 90210; California Dreams; and Freshman Dorm. Logically, a bigger role on the 90210 spin-off Melrose Place followed. In 1996 she landed the part of Samantha Reilly Campbell on that show, the role she is best known for. Though her first "major" film role was as "Jump Junkie #2" opposite Charlie Sheen in Terminal Velocity (1994), her biggest film breaks also came in 1996. She played a lesbian in Listen (1996) and a lust object in Swingers (1996). In Listen, Brooke's character Sarah Ross has heart-racingly graphic phone sex while masturbating--still sexy as hell even though she keeps her underwear on. Finally, at long last, some real skinnage was unleashed during a guest spot on the Showtime pot-peddling series Weeds. One look at Brooke's babbling boob, and you'll be high . . . where it counts.
