Bookie (2023)

Famed television producer Chuck Lorre jumps over to MAX for his series Bookie, which debuted on the streaming service in late 2023. Comedian Sebastian Maniscalco stars as Danny, a bookie who is dealing with issues coming at him from every angle, whether it's his unhinged clients, his sex starved wife Sandra (Andrea Anders), or the impending legalization of gambling that could potentially put him and those of his ilk out of the job permanently. Even Charlie Sheen, who once swore he'd never work with Chuck Lorre again, appears as himself in a wild recurring role! 

Free of the shackles of primetime network comedy, this series can get a little naughty on streaming, like a scene where Danny pays a visit to a porn set and we get some terrific T'n'A from Emma Kotos! Odds are better than even you'll get off on that!
