For years the primary cause of palm-chafing in the Palmetto state was South Carolina's own Bobbie Phillips. Her filled up boobies have graced both big and small screens since 1991, when she showed up in an episode of They Came From Outer Space, while also working as a fitness model who once trained martial arts under Tae Bo's Billy Blanks. After appearances on Baywatch, Married...with Children, The Bold and the Beautiful and an episode of Red Shoe Diaries, Bobbie migrated to the world of sensual cinema. It was hard (and oh boy were we while watching) to stand out among the other top notch topless ladies showing the girls in Showgirls (1995) but when she starred in Cheyenne (1996) the show was all hers. The Western drama which costars both "Jigsaw" himself, Tobin Bell and famously bankrupt rapper M.C. Hammer, cast Bobbie as the title woman, Cheyenne (although ironically Bobbie is part Native American from the Osage tribe). Cheyenne is fleeing the law after shooting her cheating husband, but Bobbie doesn't cheat us on looks at her nooks. In the land of Colts and Winchesters, get a load of Bobbie's winning chester when she slips out of a white dress, or go from midnight to high noon watching her screw a cowboy, Philips style, and dry her giant jugs off in front of the fire. She was too hot to blend in as Kam (who is unfortunately not a cam girl) in Chameleon (1998) but in The Hustle (2001) Phillips phlaunted her phabulous phur in all its phull-phrontal phenomenality. Phew! As a short haired blonde, she also showcased her exquisite bustle in hustle, dropping her bra on the floor while a couple creepers with binoculars enjoyed the show. Bobbie is still acting, largely in horror movies like Beast Within (2019). We just wish she'd unleash the beasts in her blouse once more!
