Blue Crush (2002)

Kate Bosworth is a tip-top teen dream from the wrong side of the tracks in Blue Crush (2002), a girl-power pic wrapped in a soaking-wet bikini. Poor Kate was queen of the surf game until a few years ago, when she tumbled off her board and straight into a piece of coral, and now she's just a wee bit afraid of getting crushed forever by a big blue wave. If Kate can't pull it together, she can't possibly win the big tournament on Oahu's Bonzai Pipeline. What's a hot, tan, troubled girl to do? Get by with a little help from her hot, tan, toned friends, that's what! Michelle Rodriguez is Eden, the luscious garden of a girl who keeps Kate's Pipe dreams alive; exotic beauty Sanoe Lake plays Kate's other underdressed mate. And of course, Kate needs someone to date: Throw in quarterback Matthew Davis, who gets surf lessons from the bikini queen in exchange for teaching her all about laying Pipe.
