Who would have known when Kathy Ayers was born in Wood River, Illinois that she would grow up (and out) to become the wood-inducing actress named Ann Marie! Indeed, stars don’t come much bigger than this busty babe — even if she has a tiny resume. Granted, you can count all of her movies on one hand — but that’s a perk since your other hand will probably be occupied after watching this sultry starlet in action! The blonde ingénue made her nude movie debut in Russ Meyer’s racy romp Supervixens (1975). The movie was shot for less than $100,000 yet pulled in more than $4 million in North America alone. That may have something to do with Ann Marie’s (uncredited) bedspring-busting performance. The hardworking hottie continued to raise school spirits (among other things) in the comedy Swinging Sorority (1975). Yet she’s best known for her part in Beneath the Valley of the Ultra-Vixens (1979). As a voluptuous evangelical radio preacher called Eufaula Roop, Ann’s character uses her religious listeners for sex. In fact, the camp classic has its naked leading lady baring her huge boobs and bush as she rides a dude. Amen to that! Not only did the satirical sexploitation flick mark Ms. Marie’s return to Russ Meyer, the film reunited the decadent director with his Beyond the Valley of the Dolls (1970) screenwriter (and future film critic) Roger Ebert. Although this was Ann Marie’s last time onscreen, she likely got more than a thumbs up from Ebert—and others!
