Born in the USA, blonde Amadee Chabot went South of the Border to kickstart her stalled career in Hollywood. She toured with Lana Turner and Anita Bryant in the 1962 Christmas tour of military bases with Bob Hope, then got some boob-tube exposure on The Beverly Hillbillies and some movies, such as Muscle Beach Party (1964) and the biography of bordello owner Polly Adler, A House Is Not a Home (1964). Naturally she played a call girl with good company in co-stars Raquel Welch and Edy Williams. She even co-starred with Jerry Lewis and Dean Martin, separately that is, in Three on a Couch (1966) and the Matt Helm adventure spoof Murderers’ Row (1966), respectively. But it was when she sought fame and fortune in Mexico that she found flesh and infamy in Narda o el verano (1970), her only skin onscreen.
