Valerie Bonneton is a French actress. What more do you really need to know? Well, we’ll go through the motions by listing the motion pictures that made her career. The one-time aspiring veterinarian switched gears when she fell in love with acting. As such, the brainy babe trained at the Conservatoire national supérieur d’art dramatique. The prestigious Parisian place boasts arousing alumni such as Jeanne Moreau, Isabelle Huppert, and Carole Bouquet so you know it was a good place to go. From there, Mademoiselle Bonneton was cast in esteemed productions on stage (2008’s God of Carnage) and on television (2009’s Fais pas ci, fais pas ça). The former won her a Molière Award and the latter nabbed her a Golden Nymph Award. By 2010, the rising star made it big in Guillaume Canet’s flick Little White Lies which earned her a César Award nomination as Best Supporting Actress. Too bad Val didn’t doff her duds in an effort to garner one of our Anatomy Awards! Instead, the pretty performer proceeded to reveal her sense of humor in the big screen comedies Eyjafjallajökull (2013) and Garde alternée (2017).
