Thief (2006)

FX's 2006 miniseries Thief follows a crew of high-class crooks, led by Andre Braugher, who are setting up the greatest heist in the whole history of their heisting careers—filching a cool thirty mil from Uncle Sam himself. Andre plays Nick Atwater, a master thief living in a fancy suburb who manages to keep his job a secret from his stepdaughter Tammy (Mae Whitman). When a drug addicted member of his crew named Izzy (Clayne Crawford) botches a heist in San Francisco, Nick kicks him out of the group for good. When Izzy refuses to give it up, Nick kills him and gets rid of his body in the Louisiana bayou. Tammy sees Nick executing Izzy, and wonders what the heck is going on, which is a nightmare for Nick and all his criminal buddies who don't want anyone to know what they do for a living. Since plenty of them don't care about Mae, they're wondering if they shouldn't stash her in the swamp right next to Izzy. Worse, the San Francisco job stole a bunch of money from a Chinese gang who've hired a hitman (Will Yun Lee) to kill Nick as punishment, while the cops send the highly motivated Detective John Hayes (Michael Rooker) after Nick's gang. With his world crumbling, Nick realizes the only way to get out of this mess is to pull off the ultimate heist: he's going to snatch 30 million dollars from a U.S. Treasury airplane, then head for the hills. A highly stylish heist drama, the real scene stealer in this one is Andrea Powell. Andrea plays Kim Hayes, a hottie with a cop fetish who will let any figure of authority play with her titties. We see her in her undies while in bed with the not quite a looker Michael Rooker, as well as T&A shot as she lets another fella give it to her from behind. That curly haired cutie stole our hearts in Thief!
