The Pacific (2010)

In 2001 Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks teamed up to produce Band of Brothers, a based on a true story WW2 miniseries that picked up all sorts of Emmy's, was critically beloved, launched a bunch of actor's careers, and helped establish HBO as the prestige network of premium cable. But they had only covered half of America's work in the war, to be specific, they left out The Pacific. So, in 2010 the Hollywood Heavyweights teamed up again to cover the Pacific Theater in The Pacific, which combines the stories of three soldiers during America's fight against Japan. Following three different Marines in three separate units, James Badge Dale is Robert Leckie, the cocky writer who enlists after Pearl Harbor and ends up fighting in Gudalcanal before getting wounded at the Battle of Peleliu. John Basilone (Jon Seda) wins the Medal of Honor fighting at Guadalcanal, which gives him some local celebrity and a pretty easy gig selling war bonds. But, he's a man of action, so soon enough he's fighting and dying in The Battle of Iwo Jima. And finally, we follow Eugene Sledge (Joe Mazzello) has a bad ticker, but he's all heart, so he enlists anyways. He ends up fighting in Okinawa, but never quite being the same person after seeing the horrors of war. Amid the bombs, sand, heat stroke, malaria, poisoned wells, mines, and suicidal enemies that truly made this war Hell, there's is a look at the Heavenly, tasty Aussie treat Claire van der Boom who steps in to add some flesh to all the blood, baring boobs and butt as she lets a GI between her thighs. Anna Torv has some wild 1940's sex too, though the best parts of her body are blocked by pink sheets. But lest you think the fellas liberating Paris had all the luck, check out the tits on Annie Parisse!
