The Law According to Lidia Poët (2023)

A six-episode series from Italy, this crime procedural set in the 19th century tells the story of Italy’s first female lawyer, Lidia Poët (Matilde De Angelis), whose unjust disbarment for simply being a woman leads her to begin solving cases on her own to save innocent people while also defending her gender’s right to practice law. Like most lavish period dramas, the costumes are exquisite, but out favorite parts are when Matilde ditches the layers for some old fashioned boinking! Also getting in on the nude fun is Roberta Mengozzi, who makes her skin-tillating nude debut as Maya, who bares her breasts in the bathtub and can rock a corset like nobody’s business! It would be a crime not to watch!
