The Cursed (2022)

Set during the late 19th century, the horror flick The Cursed (2021) tells the tale of a village that comes under a curse following the slaughter of a group of Romani who have staked a claim to the land currently occupied by English settlers. As the townsfolk start turning up either missing or brutally murdered, the people who run the town enlist the help of a traveling pathologist (Boyd Holbrook) to get to the bottom of what is going on. Taking its cues from films like John Carpenter's The Thing (1982), the film devolves into an effects heavy gore fest where the townsfolk lucky enough to have survived the first wave of the curse soon find themselves turning into monsters. Thankfully there's some skin thrown into the mix to make the horror go down smoothly, with both Kelly Reilly and nudecomer Áine Rose Daly going topless, along with phenomenal full nudity from Roxane Duran as she attempts to dress her wounds!
