The Courtship of Eddie's Father

Fondly remembered family sitcom about widower Tom Corbett, his colorful co-workers and his precocious son Eddie. A Leave it to Beaver style old comedy that has a little more heart and a lot more humor, this one features a consistently winning performance by Bill Bixby and solid work by Brandon Cruz as the cute kid. Fans of old-fashioned family shows should certainly seek this one out on cable TV, as its one of the most entertaining (and well-preserved) of the old-time sitcoms.
