The general perception among forward-thinking Americans is that the British are staid, stuffy, sexless stuffed shirts who are afraid to show as much as a smidgen of skin lest it threaten to stiffen an organ other than their upper lips. How, then, to account for the BBC? It's not even HBO, and the English, government-run broadcasting corporation beams out high beams, broad bums, and even bushy beavers, all of which are revealed by bunny-face Sarah Alexander during her onscreen duties in the Limey sketch-comedy show Armstrong and Miller. Imagine Saturday Night Live with a trim-butt blonde with high, firm, round boobies and a moderate, light-brown thatch cracking jokes with all her sweet bits hanging out. Blimey!
