It’s not uncommon for performers to cut their teeth in the film world on the set of a low-budget horror. It’s also not uncommon to never see or hear from those actors again, especially in the 1970s when the genre was really coming into its own. That’s not really the case for Rosemary Orlando, who’s one and only screen credit was as Monica in the 1975 indie Satan’s Children. Though she never made another movie, she did keep working in Tampa (where it was filmed), acting on stage with the theatre companies such as The Alice People. Rosemary even fondly recalled working on Satan’s Children in an article for Tampa Bay’s Creative Loafing and at the cast reunion that was held at the Tampa Theatre in 2014 for a 40th anniversary screening. It introduced a whole new audience to her film debut, where she falls victim to an evil cult and is strung up to the ceiling in just her bra and panties for a racy ritual. Rosemary's compromised position means mounds of mam-nificent underboob for everyone's viewing pleasure. That IS a happy memory!
