Ringo: Glory and Death (2023)

A joint project from Argentina and Spain about the life of Argentine boxer Oscar “Ringo” Bonavena, this series explores the life, career, and murder of the famous athlete in two parallel timelines. We see his rise from amateur boxer to worldwide phenomenon while also chronicling his decline during his final three months. In the first episode Ringo, played by Jerónimo Bosia, gets an eyeful of Connie Isla while she dances at a strip club, and in episode 6 he gets hot and heavy with an underwear-clad Delfina Chaves, but that’s the extent of the skin. Perhaps if there’re more to the story, we’ll get some knockout nudity in season 2!
