Night of the Creeps (1986)

Geeky best pals Chris Romero (Jason Lively) and J.C. (Steve Marshall) are pledging a fraternity so that J.C. can impress the sexy coed Cynthia Cronenberg (Jill Whitlow), but accidentally end up triggering the end of the world in the cult classic '80s horror flick Night of the Creeps (1986). As part of their initiation for Beta Epsilon, the dorky duo steal a frozen corpse from the college's med school, not knowing that it’s the body of a teen who axe murdered his girlfriend back in the 50's. Why'd he do it? Because he was possessed by alien brain slugs from outer space, of course. The worst part is, the brain slugs are still in his now thawing body, and are set free when he unfreezes and springs back to life. He starts killing people, and those people start killing people, and soon enough everyone's killing everyone! Now, it's up to the fellas and their hard drinking buddy, Detective Ray Cameron (Tom Atkins) to figure out how to stop the slugs from turning everyone in town into zombies. Directed by Fred Dekker a year before him and his roommate Shane Black would make The Monster Squad (1987), this one also featured a mishmash of horror movie villains. It mixes 1950's alien invasion stuff with zombies, and even some slasher elements. Plus, all the last names are horror director references, if you didn't catch that already. But all the real creeps know the best part of horror is the hooters, and this one makes sure to pay homage to that rackage. You'll be unzipping the fly to Cynthia Cronenberg, thanks to Jill Whitlow's work in this one. Not only does she strip down to a bra and panties, but she flashes her funbags while putting on a nighty. Jeepers creepers she's sexy! That body alone makes this one a night of the peeps!
