Loosely based on author Alexander Dumas’ famous tale of revenge The Count of Monte Cristo, this six episode mini-series follows wealthy Cuban-American tech company founder Alejandro Montecristo (William Levy), who is actually a man named Edmundo Dantés, newly arrived in Spain to take down his former friend Fernando Mondego (Roberto Enríquez) for setting him up twenty years ago and landing him in jail.
