How smart is genius actor James Woods? Smart enough to have become engaged to Missy Crider after she played his daughter in the made-for-TV movie Jane’s House (1994). Born on June 13, 1974, in Columbia, South Carolina, and raised in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, Missy started traveling to New York City and Los Angeles for acting jobs when she was just twelve years old. She also appeared in musical theater productions. This stunning blonde was still a student while establishing herself in hits such as the mini-series Lonesome Dove in 1989. Eventually, she permanently relocated to Los Angeles, California, after joining the Screen Actors Guild, and the rest was history. Missy quickly became a fixture in TV series and feature films, although she certainly didn’t deserve to be stuck in Gigli (2003). We’re more impressed by her hard-bitten turn as a tough gal in the kitschy Girls in Prison (1994). She’s billed herself as “Melissa” in films such as Frailty (2001) and Mulholland Dr. (2001), so don’t let that fool you. And don’t miss her sizzling scenes in The Sex Monster (1999) as a valiant young fiancée who can’t resist making out with happy bisexual housewife Mariel Hemingway. And that's not the only time that Missy has lezzed out for the camera. In 2004, she appeared in the dramedy Huff. In one episode, she locked lips with another lady! Sadly, Missy hasn't given us much in the skin department, but perhaps she'll have a change of heart sometime soon. We can only hope!
