Iceland is really lush, while Greenland is a block of frozen tundra. And somehow, Chile is warm. What’s wrong with the people who name countries? All they’d have to do would be to visit and that would solve all the problems. For example, a trip to Chile would uncover the hotness of the nation via the small breasted brunette María Izquierdo. María grew up in Santiago, where she studied theater at The University of Chile. She got her start on screen with a bunch of different roles on the Chilean sketch comedy show Jappening con Ja. After that things were really happening for her, and María made a run through the Chilean TV world, including appearing as Quena Negrete in over one hundred episodes of the sexy beach based telenovela Playa salvaje. She also had a long running role as Alicia Castro in Corazon pirata, but TV's Miss Negrete was rather discrete in movies like El Desquite (1999), and Loco Fever (2001). Just when Chileans were going loco with beaver fever, María finally displayed her true talents in the comedy Sex with Love (2003), which was written and directed by her husband, Boris Quercia. Even though María plays a frigid wife in the movie about how a kid's sex-ed class forces people to reexamine their own bedroom activities, thanks to her perky pair's appearance above the water line, her bathtub scene is hot. Rub a nub, nub! After working on Gatas & Tuercas, Volver a mi, and Tempano, she focused on films, appearing in Romance Policial (2012), Brillantes (2014), and Alma (2015). In the early 80's, María headed to the USA to study puppetry in Boston, so she may have been familiar with how our sitcoms worked when she appeared in an episode of the Modern Family remake Familia Moderna in 2015. Most recently she was in the protest biopic La Mirada Incendiada (2021), which would have been way more incendiary if her dairy bombs made an appearance. See, Izquierda may mean "left" in Spanish, but we have the feeling it's your right hand that will be doing the work after seeing María Izeuierdo!
