No, Magic Magic (2013) isn’t a prequel or sequel to the Magic Mike franchise (2012, 2015, 2023). Instead, it’s a heady thriller about an unstable young woman who mentally unravels while on vacation in Chile. Alicia (Juno Temple) is visiting her cousin Sarah (Emily Browning), who is studying abroad. Hey, Mr. Skin studies broads all the time! When Sarah drops out of a side trip planned by her friend Barbara (Catalina Sandino Moreno), her boyfriend Agustín (Agustín Silva) and his friend Brink (Michael Cera), Alicia decides to go along anyway. But once they reach their remote island destination, her isolation leads to paranoia and eventually madness. Speaking of, Ms. Temple will drive you crazy when she flashes her flesh in three nude scenes. First, she bares her wet chest and a bit of bush while taking a bath. If that’s not arousing enough, the alluring actress pulls down her pants and panties so Cera can access her crotch in the bedroom. The skintastic act lets us look at her ravishing rump! We’re guessing that’s why she won the Sitges Award for Best Actress. Breast of all, the topless ingénue lays on a a table for an open air examination.
