If there’s one (or two) things that are going to catch the attention of Hollywood casting directors looking to fill stripper roles for a movie, it’s a skintillating pose in Playboy magazine. Lisa Ann Brown was one of the lovely ladies who displayed her all for the August 1996 issue of Playboy magazine, in an article touted on the cover, “Georgia On Our Minds: The Women of Atlanta.” It was a timely pictorial, the issue hitting newsstands during the summer Olympics in the peachy state. (It also had a USA-festooned Heidi Fleiss on the cover, if you’re looking for another reason to seek out the vintage issue.) Lisa Ann must have had just the right look—or more likely the right attitude, aka willing to go naked for a camera, because she was snapped up to play the role of stripper Sindy in the movie Stripteaser II (1997) (pause to appreciate the name Sindy). A thriller sequel to the original Stripteaser (1995), this one was filmed in Baja California Norte in Mexico, and revolved around the “neon lit world of LA’s steamiest strip clubs.” While it didn’t have an appearance by Stanley Livingston (Chip on My Three Sons!), it did feature explicit porn star Holly Hollywood, acting under the name Stacey Leigh Mobley. Lisa Ann’s only on-screen credit, she made it a good one, wearing V-cut bikini bottoms showing all of her hips and a generous amount of her ass, and twirling around a pole with her large breasts displayed bare and proud. They definitely caught Mr. Skin’s attention!
