Joelle Carter Sexy

An army brat who grew up all around the U.S., Joelle Carter deserves a one-gun salute in your pants, even if she’s yet to really deserve the arousing attention. Sadly Joelle, that sweet blonde thing, has yet to cross over to the skin side. She began her professional career modeling as both an Elite and Wilhelmina contract player. Naturally the boob tube called and she answered, appearing on Law & Order before moving on up to the big screen with roles in The Horse Whisperer (1998) and Just One Time (1999), the latter in which Joelle wears a low-hanging silk nightgown and makes out with another girl. Ironically her hottest on-screen perv-formance is in the movie Swimming (2000)--ironic because she enrolled at Augusta College on a full athletic scholarship for swimming. She looks great in her skimpy bikini, and she looks even better locking lips in a les-be-friends embrace with Lauren Ambrose. From there, Joelle's career went swimmingly. She appeared in movies like High Fidelity (2000), American Pie 2 (2001), and Crazy Little Thing (2002), as well as in TV shows like Third Watch, CSI: Miami, Cold Case, Monk, and Justified. We are justified in our disappointment that Joelle didn't get naked in this FX series even though it was her first skin-showing in over a decade. In a Season 6 episode she lies topless in bed but first keeps her back to the camera. When the camera comes back around it only frames her head, shoulders, and the slightest bit of cleavage. Ms. Carter needs to try harder to make us harder.
