Though she is most widely known as dutiful and daughterly Janet Bradford on television's Eight Is Enough, the beguiling brunette with the small but serviceable rack and firm, tightly-formed butt pack is best remembered for her buns-out performance in a more sinister kind of family drama. The Angie Dickinson star vehicle Big Bad Mama (1974) would have been nothing without innocent lasses ripe for Angie's corrupting influence, and sweet-cheeked Joan Prather was prime for debauching. From the moment Joan showed up with her arms spread and tied to the headboard of a brass bed, with sinful Angie menacing her from the other end, it was obvious that Joan would undergo an education of the sensual variety. Sure enough, by the time the film is ready to climax, Ms. Prather has learned to drop all pretense of clothing, cling on to the nearest stud, and turn her chair cheeks to the discerning camera. Two buns are enough! Gratefully, that wasn't her only onscreen skindeavor.
