Born and raised in Northern Ireland, this brown-eyed babe began studying acting at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, a school founded by rock legend Paul McCartney. She was so ready to start her career that she booked her first gig, playing the titular lead in the film The Curse of Audrey Earnshaw, while she was still enrolled and had to postpone her graduation. In 2020, Jessica landed a three-episode stint on the series My Left Nut, and followed that up with an appearance on the popular Netflix series Derry Girls in 2022. She’s probably most known for her recurring role on the Starz romantic epic Outlander, but she no doubt acquired even more fans when she made her nudecomer debut in the 2024 comedy Kneecap.
