You might be thinking of her cousin Anna Starshenbaum, who made her nudecomer debut here on Mr. Skin thanks to her skinsational role in the racy Russian film Escort Girl. Well, it turns out Irina went nude for the first time the very same year! The ladies come from a family of hairdressers, and Irina was discouraged from pursuing acting as a career because it wasn’t a financially lucrative choice. But like Anna, she went for it anyway after first studying Communications and Media Business at Moscow Polytechnic University. Her screen debut was in a recurring role on the television series The Crossing in 2015. It would be followed by the lead roles in the blockbuster Attraction (2017) and its 2020 sequel Invasion, the sci-fi drama series Lachuga dolzhnika (2018), and the biopic Leto (2018), among others.
