Review

In the goofy romantic comedy Il Fidanzamento (1975), the sweet-natured but scheming protagonist subscribes to the famous theory of why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free? Lando Buzzanca stars as a mustachioed bachelor who’s already convinced the beautiful Martine Brochard to lie in his conjugal bed sans wedding vows. But when his girlfriend starts putting the screws to him, the bachelor has to decide whether he’s finally ready to take the plunge. Anything one has to do to retain gorgeous Brochard seems like a no-brainer--the feisty Italo-babe dazzles in her nude strolls around the bedroom.
