Halo (2022)

Based on the popular video game series that helped launch Microsoft's XBOX console back in 2001, Halo is a long gestating live action take on the science fiction world that premiered on the Paramount Plus streaming service in the Spring of 2022. Set in the far-off future of the 26th Century, the series follows a war between the United Nations Space Command and the Covenant, a villainous alien race bent on galaxy domination. The UNSC military is commanded by Master Chief (Pablo Schrieber), a genetically engineered super soldier whose past is being kept from him, Wolverine style. The show touches on all of the hallmarks of the beloved video game series while also forging a new path and an original story that connects to the games without directly adapting them. Since the show is adult-oriented, much like the hyper violent video game it's based on, we're pleased to see that it didn't take them long to get some skin in the game! The gorgeous Charlie Murphy, playing a humanoid member of the Covenant race, bares her buns in the second episode! Hopefully it won't be long before she shows us her Hal-O-face!
