Hallo, Onkel Doc! (1994-1998)

A German TV series that ran between 1994 and 2000, Hallo, Onkel Doc! revolved around the happenings of a hospital. A pediatric surgeon named Markus moves back to his hometown of Heidelberg after a botched surgery in the United States results in one of his patients’ death. Initially he didn’t want to return to life as a medical practitioner, but pressure from his family and professional acquaintances make him rethink his stance. As the series goes on, although Markus deals with a lot of personal turbulence, his patients increasingly think of him as a close friend and an amazing doctor.

Like most good European shows, nudity abounds in this series. For instance, in a 1995 episode Svenja Pages bares her funbags while in an embrace in bed. And Sylvia Leifheit after consulting with the doc in a swimming pool gets in the shower to wet up her exposed heine and chest handfuls. Hallo, große Erektion!
