Yes, they all have identical names with an identical accent over the "a" in González, but that's because Spain and Mexico are full of people with such common names. Being named Esther González in Spain or Mexico is like being named Elizabeth Johnson in America. You're going to come across a lot of ladies with that name in your travels. While we can't speak to this particular Esther González and her skills with a football or on the diving board, we can comfortably state that she rocks a bikini quite nicely. How do we know this, apart from staking her out on a beach for days on end, you may wonder? Well, in her one and only acting appearance in the romantic dramedy Bittersweet Days (2017), our Esther has a scene where she goes with a Dutch dude to a secluded beach and shows off her phenomenal physique in a white bikini.
