When an actress is cast as Beautiful Coed, you have expectations. Luckily, Elena Tecuta not only meets but exceeds all those assumptions her character’s title promises. This all happens in the brunette starlet’s one and only on-screen acting credit, in the film Van Wilder 2: The Rise of Taj (2006), the sequel to the original Van Wilder starring Ryan Reynolds and Tara Reid. While Mr. Skin can’t find a whole lot about Elena outside of this film, she does speak through a set of plump and pouty lips with a British accent—which leads to one of two conclusions: one, she’s from the UK; or two, she’s really good at doing English accents. Either way, it’s not what she says, but the fact that she says it while she’s standing in a room wearing the briefest pair of black panties and nothing else.
