Beautiful as she was sexy, Diana Dors was a English actress who encompassed the phrase "classic beauty" in every sense of the meaning. She began her career in the 1940's after having placed well in a beauty contest at the age of the 13. By 16, she was appearing in English crimes flicks such as Code of Scotland Yard (1947) and Dancing With Crime. (1947) She gained more notoriety by landing the role of Charlotte in the classic film Oliver Twist. (1948) As her career grew, so did her stunning body which opened up an array of opportunities to play the quintessential sexy British siren that kept movie houses packed. In the thriller, Theatre of Blood (1973), you can see a split second nip-slip from the dashing Diana, but unfortunately we don't get to see any serious skin. Hey, we can't blame her for being classy, right? Sadly, she passed away in 1984 of cancer. Fun little fact about Diana is that she was the first wife of famed long kisser Richard Dawson.
