Der Typ, 13 Kinder & ich (2009)

An expanding company comes up against a stubborn landowner in Der Typ, 13 Kinder & ich (2009). Leon (Tim Bergmann) and his uncle Walter (Felix Vörtler) run a small porcelain company that needs more space so they can compete with a new Chinese manufacturer. Unfortunately the property next door to the factory is occupied by Esther (Julia Brendler) who lives with her five children and eight foster kids in a dilapidated old house. Walter is determined to get the stubborn Julia to move out, but a wrench is thrown in the works when Leon starts to fall for her. Bavarian cream puff Zora Holt shows off her stupendous seat meat for the film while reading a newspaper in the nude. Good news, everyone!
