Deborah Harry made punk rock sexy in the '70s with her band Blondie. That's a near-perfect name (Hot Blondie would have been better) because Debbie was the blondest bombshell in the industry, raising men's parts with the frequency that her songs rose on the charts. As it usually does, musical success combined with breathtaking beauty led to movie offers. Debbie made her screen debut in the crime-drama Deadly Hero (1975). The following year she landed on Mr. Skin's radar by appearing in fishnet tights in Unmade Beds (1976). She then began appearing in higher profile projects, including the 1980 comedies Roadie and Union City.
