Cold Lazarus

Frances de la Tour is a doc trying to unlock the secrets of the human brain in Cold Lazarus (1986), a UK mini-series about a company that's tinkering with a frozen human head to understand memory. Unfortunately, Frances and her team are deeply in need of funds, and they might end up having to tango with a scummy media sleaze-o to get the job done. That's only the beginning of Frances' problems: there's also the dystopia raging beyond her doors, with its murders and its secret police and its anti-virtual reality riots. Baby, it's cold outside!
