City of Fear (2001)

City of Fear (2001) follows reporter Steve Roberts (Gary Daniels) who acts on a tip from a doctor friend of his and travels from Seattle to Bulgaria to report on a hot scientific breakthrough. When his friend suspiciously dies and a mysterious woman comes into his life, Roberts learns that this supposed breakthrough is actually the development of a highly addictive new drug controlled by the Russian mob. His discovery puts his life, and the lives of everyone he knows, in grave danger.
